Yesterday
we hosted some very important visitors to our Centre. The Rt Hon Jack
McConnell, MSP & Scotland's First Minister visited the Greenock
Campus with a specific visit to our CRM/BTO Centre. He was accompanied
by our local MSP Duncan McNeil.

During this
visit, as part of his "Fresh Talent Initiative", the First
Minister met with a cross section of our multilingual teams from the
XLOB Contact Centres. He was eager to understand their experiences
of working and living in Scotland, particularly focusing on areas
of potential improvement.
He then spent longer than planned meeting and chatting with a number
of people on the floor.

I felt very proud to showcase our operation and the talented team
of people who are CRM/BTO. Once again your enthusiasm, energy, commitment
& passion shone through, not just from the people who met our
First Minister, but from the whole floor! It was tangible.
It could not escape his attention, nor the assembled press, media
and representatives from the Scottish Executive.
The visit was an outstanding success!
We'll communicate more on the visit in our WML, however in the meantime
I wanted to thank each and every one of you for your part in making
the visit a success.
Outstanding people and teamwork really do make the difference!
