Job Title - Customer Service Representative

Working as a Customer Service Representative you will be required to work in any area of the Call Centre in order to meet IBM’s business needs.

The job will involve call handling, external and internal customer enquiries and complaints. Liaison between customers and engineers. Documentation logging and some written work.

The Call Centre conducts business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although only some of the businesses are staffed during those hours and others operate mainly daytime hours. Agent should be flexible, available and willing to work the hours required of them.

European speaking nationals must be clear, precise speakers with good command of their national language with good use of grammar and spelling in written and computing work. The same criteria apply to any other language spoken. Must be fluent in English.

Successful candidates who secure a position with Manpower at IBM will receive full training and will be encourages to further their career through development.
